Excalibur Warranty Information
The Warranty
Our Commitment: We strive to provide a product which is free of manufacturing defects including defective parts and shoddy assembly. However, if you should receive a club stand with a manufacturing defect of any kind we will replace the defective stand in its entirety with one of similar color and shape (unless that color and/or shape have been discontinued and are no longer available) at no charge to you.
Limitations: Of course, normal wear and tear are not covered by this warranty, only defective parts and assembly methods (such as glue failure resulting in the parts falling apart). Any abusive handling or use of the product other than the use for which it is intended will void this warranty. We would like to say you should treat the club stand like you treat your driver and putter, but we all know some golfers treat their clubs worse than they treat their hammers and shovels!
Use common sense please.
Definition of intended use: To hold your golf clubs standing upright so the grip ends are not lying on the ground.
Length of warranty: Ten years from date of purchase or until the demise of the company, whichever comes first!
Proper deployment: Use the handle end of the club stand to push the forked yellow bronze tip into the turf ( grass with a root bed under it ) at the edge of or around the green, preferably not on the green. Push the stand into the turf all the way to the ferrule (the black trim ring just above the bronze tip). The best way to do this is to use the palm of your hand and a straight arm to lean on the handle and push the tip into the turf. Keeping the club stand straight upright as much a possible while pushing the tip into the turf is very helpful.
To make a warranty claim: Simply use the information found on the “Contact Us” page of our website to contact us about making a warranty claim. We will get back to you at that point to make the necessary arrangements to replace your stand. The replacement stand will be shipped free of charge including the shipping charges. Manufacturer will arrange to pay the return shipping for the defective stand. Replacement club stand will be shipped upon receipt of the defective stand.
And: Like any responsible manufacturer we would like to hear from you if you find any defective parts or experience any part or assembly failures. We need to know. Thank you.
